Responsibilities
- Lead and grow the candidate success team
- Manage Match Day operations and execution
- Develop and optimize candidate onboarding and support processes
- Work closely with engineering to improve platform features
- Analyze candidate feedback and satisfaction metrics
- Build relationships with candidates and understand their needs
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in operations, customer success, or recruiting
- Experience managing teams and building processes
- Strong understanding of the technical talent market
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Data-driven decision making
- Experience with CRM and customer support tools
